The Workshop is Propel Fuels’ R&D lab and data analytics studio. Previous research is available for public viewing.
The mission is to accelerate market adoption of low carbon fuels and transportation. We seek to inform and empower public policy and private sector activity by quantifying what we learn as a leading downstream provider of low carbon fuel. The workshop develops IP, conducts primary research, and does deep data analysis in the areas of consumer behaviors, energy and commodity markets, carbon policy and accounting; exploring the interconnections and dependencies that will result in better fuels for everyone.
A two-part study written by Propel Fuels and ICF that explores today’s low-carbon consumer, how California can build equitable low-carbon policy, and the market value of the LCFS program. These findings are the most thorough insights into low-carbon fuel consumer behavior ever captured.
